Returns & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction has been our top priority. We proudly stand behind every product Avon sell.

Returns within 45 days: You may return any eligible product within 45 days of purchase for a full refund.

After 45 days: Returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Final Sale items: Good Buys and items marked Final Sale cannot be returned. These will appear in your order under the Non-Returnable section.

Avon error: If your return is due to an Avon mistake, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Exchanges & merchandise credits: We do not offer exchanges or store credits.

Free gifts: Complimentary items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Important: Returns are processed per order. Each order requires its own Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Items from multiple orders cannot be combined into a single return.
How to Start a Return
If You Have an Account:

Sign in at Avon.com.

From the drop-down menu under your name, select Order History.

Find the order with the item(s) you wish to return and click Start a Return.
If You Checked Out as a Guest:

Go to the Support section at the bottom of Avon.com.

Click Track My Orders.
-
Enter your Order Number and Email Address, then click Track My Order.

Select Start a Return.
Return Process

Select the item(s) you want to return, choose a reason code and quantity, then click Continue.

Review your return summary, which will show:

Refund method (credit to original payment)
-
Products being returned
-
Refund subtotal + tax
-
Estimated credit amount
-

Choose whether to Save for Later or Submit Return.

After submission, your RMA number will be assigned and the status will display as Processing.

Click Print Packing List.

Pack your items securely in a shippable box and include the Return Packing List.

Seal the package and ship via the carrier of your choice (UPS, USPS, etc.). Keep your tracking number.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received at our facility, your refund will be processed within two weeks.

Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card or payment statement.
