General Shipping Guidelines

• All items in an order must ship to a single U.S. address.

• A valid street address is required. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or third-party shippers.

• Most orders ship within 2–3 business days.

• You are only charged for items that ship.

• Orders placed with Expedited Shipping by 12:30 PM ET, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/holidays, ship the next business day.

• You will receive an email confirmation with:

  • Order billing and tracking details

  • Notification of unavailable items (if any)

USPS Shipments

• Small orders under 1 lb ship via USPS. Tracking is not available. Delivery typically takes up to 12 mailing days.

• Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii also go through USPS. Tracking will be sent in a separate email. Delivery usually takes 12–14 mailing days.

Hazardous Materials (HazMat)

• Certain products (e.g., nail enamels, select bath & body items) are classified as hazardous under Federal Transportation Law.

• These products ship via Standard Ground only and cannot be expedited.

• They are marked “Ground Shipping Only” on the website.

• HazMat items cannot be shipped to Alaska or Hawaii. Customers may purchase these products through an Avon Ambassador.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Customers with an Avon.com Account (including those shopping with an Ambassador)

• Free Standard Ground Shipping on orders $60 or more.

  • No coupon required.

  • Excludes expedited shipping methods.

• Orders under $60:

  • Standard Ground (2–14 business days): $8.00

  • Expedited (2 business days): $15.90

  • Next-Day Delivery: $24.90

Note: Expedited and Next-Day delivery are not available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

• Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii are subject to a 15% shipping charge (minimum $7).

Customers Without an Avon.com Account

California Shipping Restrictions

Products restricted under California Proposition 65 will be flagged during checkout and cannot be shipped to California addresses.

International Orders

Avon currently ships only within the 50 U.S. states.

• Customers in Saipan and Guam may place orders through an Avon Ambassador.

• For purchases outside the U.S., [click here for international options].

State & Local Taxes

• Avon is required to collect applicable state and local sales taxes based on the shipping address.

• Taxes are calculated on the merchandise subtotal plus shipping & handling, except in ID, IL, MA, NJ, and OK, where tax applies only to merchandise.

• An estimated tax appears at checkout. The final amount will be shown in your Shipping Confirmation email.
