Account Registration & Sign-In

You can make shopping with Avon easier by creating an account. Simply provide your name, email address, and a password. Additional details can be added to your account at any time.

Prefer not to register? You may also shop as a Guest Shopper. We will still require your email address to process your order and contact you if needed.

First-Time Sign-In

For security purposes, all users must reset their password the first time they sign in at Avon.com, including those using Facebook, Google, or Apple sign-in.

Here’s what to expect:

1. Enter your email address (all lowercase) on the sign-in page.

2. You’ll see a reset message and receive a security code by email.

   • The code is valid for 30 minutes.

   • If it expires, you can request a new one.

3. Once you enter the code, you’ll be prompted to:

   • Create a new password.

   • Confirm your password.

   • Provide a valid phone number (used for future resets or updates).

4. After setup, return to the Sign-In page to access your account.

My Account

Once registered, you can access My Account to:

• View order history

• Update billing/shipping addresses

• Save credit card details (up to 5 cards)

• Select or change your Ambassador

• Update email preferences

Account Deletion

Users of the Android Avon Go mobile app may request account deletion directly through the app. [Click here for more details].

Password Help

If you forget your password:

1. Visit the sign-in page on Avon.com.

2. Enter your email address (all lowercase) and select “Forgot Your Password.”

3. Follow the instructions to create a new password:

   • 8–18 characters

   • Must include letters, numbers, and at least one symbol

   • Cannot be the same as your previous password

For added protection, you will complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) via a phone call to your home or mobile number before resetting your password.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

• Visa

• MasterCard

• Discover

• American Express

• PayPal

• Gift cards with Visa or MasterCard logos

Security details:

• Up to 5 credit cards may be stored in your account.

• Card security codes (CVV/CID) are required for every transaction.

• Payments are subject to verification. Suspicious or unauthorized activity may result in refusal of an order.

• Personal checks and money orders are not accepted.

Billing Information Errors

If you receive an error during checkout:

• Ensure billing details (name, address, zip code) exactly match your credit card statement.

• Avoid typos and abbreviations not listed on your statement.

• Contact your bank to confirm their address database is updated.

• Try an old billing address if your bank has not yet updated records.

• Click Place Order only once to prevent duplicate holds on your funds.

Note: Funds may be temporarily held if incorrect billing information is provided. Holds are typically released within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Coupon Codes

Avon coupon codes may be available through email or promotions on Avon.com. To redeem:

• Enter the code at checkout (codes are not case-sensitive).

• Some offers may require a minimum purchase, apply only once, or be linked to a specific email address.

• Only one coupon code may be used per order.

• Expired or limited-time codes cannot be honored.

Modifying Orders

• You can review your order in your shopping bag before submitting it.

• Once submitted, your order immediately begins processing and cannot be changed.

• If you no longer want an item, you may return it for a refund once delivered.

Purchase & Transaction Terms

By completing a transaction on Avon.com, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and valid payment and shipping information.

• Confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

Avon reserves the right to:

• Update product or service descriptions without notice

• Limit product quantities

• Apply conditions to coupon or promotion use

• Restrict or refuse transactions

• Cancel suspected fraudulent or unauthorized orders
